REDB Personal Cabinet (lk.redb.ru) is a web service for managing licenses, payments and user accounts for REDB library products (redb.Core, redb.Postgres, redb.MSSql and their Pro versions).

This policy describes how REDB collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use the Personal Cabinet service.

What information we collect

When you create an account and use our service, we collect:

• Account data: email address, name, company name (optional), hashed password
• License data: purchased license keys, license type, features, expiration dates
• Payment data: payment amount, currency, payment provider, transaction ID, payment date. We do not store credit card numbers or bank details — all payment processing is handled by third-party providers (YooKassa, Stripe)
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, login timestamps — for security and fraud prevention

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account
• To generate and deliver license keys for REDB Pro products
• To process payments through third-party payment providers
• To send license expiration reminders and important service notifications
• To protect your account from unauthorized access
• To provide technical support

Information we do NOT collect

• We do not track your usage of REDB libraries in your projects
• We do not collect telemetry or analytics from your applications
• We do not access your source code, databases or project data
• REDB libraries work fully offline — no data is sent to our servers during runtime

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services for payment processing:

• YooKassa — for payments in Russian Rubles (RUB). Subject to YooKassa Terms
• Stripe — for international payments (USD, EUR). Subject to Stripe Privacy Policy

These providers handle credit card and bank information directly. We only receive transaction confirmation and payment ID.

Data storage and security

• Passwords are stored using BCrypt one-way hashing — they cannot be decrypted
• License keys are signed with RSA cryptographic signatures
• All connections use HTTPS encryption
• Data is stored in secured databases with restricted access

Data retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. License and payment history is kept for accounting and support purposes. You can request account deletion at any time.

Your rights

• Access your personal data through the Profile page
• Update your name, company and password at any time
• Request full account deletion by contacting support
• Request export of your data

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
